Yaa, why spoil it yourself...In Chinese philosophy the straight stem of bamboo symbolizes the path towards enlightenment but this is another example why philosophy sucks!

This has to be the most bizarre wedding ceremony ever?
I suppose they achieved their aim though, I am now fully aware of bamboo rafting.
